The Extended Health Care Insurance for Retirees plan will help you manage the cost of maintaining your health – helping you to focus on your retirement, worry free.

Are you retiring soon? Or currently retired and losing your group benefits?

If your retirement is coming up, you have 60 days from the date of your retirement to enrol without providing proof of good health.

If you are retired and your group coverage carried over into your retirement with a specific termination date, you have 60-days from the date your group coverage ends to apply without providing proof of good health.

Applying is easy! You have 60 days from the date of your retirement or the date your group coverage ends to apply with proof of good health. Simply print off the attached Enrolment Form, fill it in and submit it to:
